TIMAC AGRO USA is seeking an Agronomic Technical Consultant to engage with growers and ag retailers in Huntington, WV. You will bring agronomic expertise and teach clients how our technology enhances productivity towards sustainable agriculture.

We offer a competitive salary with uncapped earnings, and the ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team. As an ATC, you will plan and conduct field demonstrations, consult on crop needs, and develop strategic sales plans.

This role requires flexible travel within your territory, and a supportive work environment is guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field, or at least 2 years’ experience in agriculture.
• B2B sales/consulting experience in agriculture or agronomy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends, products, and market conditions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and travel ability up to 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily within territory to meet clients and generate leads.
• Function as an on-farm consultant providing agronomic solutions.
• Initiate field demonstrations and coordinate crop tours.
• Represent the brand at events and assist with campaigns.
• Develop and implement action plans for sales targets.
• Accurately record visit and call details in CRM.
