Job summary

Timac AGRO USA seeks a Sales Representative / Agronomic Technical Consultant for Williamsport, PA. The role blends on-site and hybrid work, traveling to engage growers and ag retailers, teaching them about Timac’s technologies to boost productivity and sustainability in farming.

You will build relationships, conduct field demonstrations, and provide agronomic support while collaborating with management and the team. A bachelor’s in agronomy or 2+ years in agriculture are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field or 2+ years in agriculture.
• B2B sales and/or consulting, preferably in agriculture or agronomy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and independent yet able to work in a team.
• Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily within assigned territory to meet prospects and customers, generating leads and building relationships.
• Act as on-farm consultant, providing agronomically sound solutions based on growers' needs and Timac Agro’s portfolio.
• Initiate field demonstrations and coordinate seasonal crop tours with growers.
• Represent the brand at events and assist in campaigns to distributors and key accounts.
• Develop and implement sales targets and contact goals.
• Accurately record all visit and call details and pre-orders in the CRM daily.
