gpac is recruiting an Agricultural Loan Officer for a Missouri community bank. You will meet farmers in the field, assess operations, and help them access financing to grow their business.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, credit risk analysis, and portfolio profitability, with support from experienced leadership. A background in agriculture and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in community banking or lending.
• Strong personal or professional background in agriculture (farm/ranch experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sound judgment and negotiation ability.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a portfolio of agricultural and rural loans.
• Call on prospects and clients to develop new relationships.
• Analyze credit risk and structure loan packages.
• Ensure portfolio profitability and credit quality benchmarks are met.
• Collaborate with an experienced support team and approachable executive leadership.
