gpac is recruiting an Agricultural Loan Officer for a Missouri community bank. You will meet farmers in the field, assess operations, and help them access financing to grow their business.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, credit risk analysis, and portfolio profitability, with support from experienced leadership. A background in agriculture and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

This is not a desk job. You'll be out in the field-literally-meeting with farmers, learning about their operations, and helping them access the financial tools they need to grow.
