Flowco Holdings Inc. is seeking an Aftermarket Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying and developing aftermarket opportunities across our customer base.

This field-based role emphasizes preventive maintenance contracts, parts sales, and equipment rebuild opportunities to maximize lifecycle value. The role requires at least five years in aftermarket sales or business development, with a proven track record of generating incremental revenue and expanding installed base

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in aftermarket sales, business development, industrial equipment sales, or a related field.
• Proven ability to generate incremental revenue in aftermarket, service, parts, rental, or equipment lifecycle sales.
• Ability to identify opportunities, build customer relationships, and create demand beyond RFQ responses.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to assess equipment conditions and maintenance needs.
• Willingness to spend significant time in the field visiting customer locations.
• Results-driven with accountability for revenue targets and business development goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental aftermarket revenue across the assigned region.
• Develop and expand PM contract penetration across installed base.
• Convert inspections into rebuild opportunities.
• Increase parts pull-through tied to service activity.
• Execute installed base campaigns and customer visits.
• Partner with Sales without taking account ownership.
