Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in aftermarket sales or business development.
• Proven ability to generate incremental revenue beyond RFQs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to assess equipment conditions and maintenance needs.
• Willingness to spend significant time in the field visiting customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental aftermarket revenue across assigned region.
• Develop PM contract penetration across installed base.
• Convert inspections into rebuild opportunities.
• Increase parts pull-through tied to service activity.
• Coordinate campaigns and customer visits in collaboration with Inside Sales and Operations.
