Job summary

AbbVie’s Allergan Aesthetics team seeks a field-based APC to drive territory growth across Las Vegas and surrounding regions. You will promote Facial Aesthetics, SkinMedica, and related products, delivering consultative support, strategic selling plans, and account leadership.

The role requires 7–10 years in aesthetic health care, strong financial and contracting skills, and up to 75% travel. MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years in aesthetic health care, practice management or marketing.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting and contracting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Travel up to 75% with field-based responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services to improve access and presence for Facial Aesthetics, SkinMedica, and related products.
• Partner with sales to identify opportunities and develop strategic selling plans.
• Oversee key account initiatives, budgeting, forecasting and contracts.
• Deliver training and updates to sales teams and management.
• Represent the company at conferences and societies; lead process improvements.
