Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie Company, is seeking a field-based APC leader to drive consultative sales support across Las Vegas and adjacent markets. You will promote Facial Aesthetics and related products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years in the aesthetic health care space, strong financial skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in aesthetic health care, including practice management and marketing.
• Proven financial and budget management skills with contracting and negotiating experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services to support sales and marketing initiatives for Facial Aesthetics, SkinMedica, and related products.
• Partner with sales to identify opportunities and develop strategic selling plans.
• Manage key account initiatives, portfolio sales, and contracting imperatives.
• Communicate activity within target accounts to sales and management teams.
• Develop and deliver practice enhancement programs based on account needs.
