Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to act as the dedicated access resource in an assigned territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient access resources, coordinating with sales, market access, and hub partners to ensure compliant access.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, and/or Sales (Specialty or Biologics)
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Cardiovascular/Cardiology and hospital healthcare systems experience a plus
  • Willingness to travel 3–4 days a week within the territory
  • Strong analytical ability and business acumen
  • Experience educating HCPs and office staff on access processes and patient service programs

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory access plan in collaboration with sales and market access teams
  • Educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and ROE-compliant access resources
  • Coordinate with hub/specialty pharmacy partners and CRM activities
  • Monitor payer policies, formulary coverage, and prior authorization trends
  • Identify access barriers and communicate insights to internal stakeholders
