Job summary

Stratis Group seeks an Access & Reimbursement Manager for field-based work in the United States. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, patient support services, and access resources.

Develop territory access plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and document activities in the CRM. Travel 3–4 days weekly within the assigned territory is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or Sales in healthcare.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to travel 3–4 days a week within territory and reside there.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory access plans to optimize patient access to products.
• Educate providers on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and access resources.
• Coordinate with sales, hub partners, and MOM stakeholders; document activity in CRM.
• Provide in-person visits and deliver education on prior authorizations, denials, and appeals.
