Job summary

Public Health Management Corporation is seeking a Community ABA Behavior Consultant who delivers ABA services to children with autism in home, school, and community settings. You will develop individualized treatment plans with families, conduct assessments, monitor goals, and supervise staff under BCBA direction.

The role requires PA licensure, BCBA supervision experience is preferred, and a strong emphasis on data collection, collaboration, and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in PA as a behavior specialist or other qualifying professional.
• One of: 1 year ABA under BCBA supervision with 40 hours of ABA training; BCaBA cert; or 1 year ABA plus 12 college ABA credits.

Responsibilities

• Develop behavior/treatment plans with family and team and monitor progress.
• Perform skill assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Provide supervision to BHT-ABAs and coordinate plan implementation.
• Graph clinical data and track progress toward goals.
• Complete documentation thoroughly and attend meetings as required.
• Travel to client environments to deliver services and ensure proper compliance.
