Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a qualified BCBA to provide community-based ABA supervision and training within a hybrid work setting. The role focuses on delivering caregiver and staff training and monitoring treatment plans for clients with complex behavioral needs.

The position requires a Master’s degree and BCBA licensure, with 1+ year supervisory experience, and willingness to drive to client homes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology/social work or related field.
• Certification and licensure in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
• Minimum 1 year in supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience developing behavior treatment plans and presenting to BTC.

Responsibilities

• Create appropriate programming based on assessments and provide support using ethical practices.
• Implement treatment as authorized by insurance funding and plan.
• Maintain compliance with credentialing requirements and Gateway policies.
• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments to design and maintain treatment plans.
• Update treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and collaboration with stakeholders.
