Job summary

PHMC's Center for Autism is seeking a Community ABA Behavior Consultant (BC-ABA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism in home, school, and community settings. You will develop individualized treatment plans with families and monitor progress toward goals using data-driven assessment and FBAs in coordination with the BCBA and team.

You must hold PA licensure in a relevant field, complete BAS FBA training if required, supervise BHT-ABAs, attend interagency

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Pennsylvania as a behavior specialist or equivalent credential.
• Must meet at least one of the following: 1 year ABA under BCBA supervision with 40 hours ABA training, or BCaBA cert, or 1 year ABA experience with 12 ABA credits.
• Completion of BAS Functional Behavioral Assessment training before hire or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop behavior/treatment and crisis plans with the family and team.
• Conduct assessments with the BCBA and treatment team.
• Create data collection systems and graph progress on treatment goals.
• Supervise BHT-ABAs and participate in interagency meetings.
• Ensure accurate documentation and confidentiality compliance.
