Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a controls specialist to perform start-up, testing, diagnostics, and commissioning of BAS/BMS controls on small to medium projects. The role is 80% in the field at client sites with a company vehicle provided.

Requirements include 2+ years in building automation or HVAC controls, and willingness to travel locally to customer sites. Experience with major BAS vendors is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls experience.
• Willingness to be in the field locally at client sites roughly 80% of the time.
• Familiarity with BAS systems from major vendors such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-up, testing, diagnostics and commissioning from system-level controllers to end devices on small to medium projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repair of BAS/BMS controls while working primarily at customer sites, with a company vehicle provided.
