Job summary

Jobot is seeking a controls specialist to perform preventative maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of BAS/BMS controls. The role is predominantly field-based, with about 80% time at customer sites and a company vehicle provided.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of BAS/BMS or HVAC controls experience and familiarity with major BAS brands. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BAS/BMS or commercial HVAC controls experience.
• Willingness to be in the field locally at client sites roughly 80% of the time.
• Familiarity with BAS systems from listed brands (Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta, Distech, Honeywell).

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of BAS/BMS controls.
• Field work approximately 80% at customer sites; vehicle provided.
• Start-up, testing, diagnostics and commissioning from system controllers to end devices for small to mid-size projects.
