Job summary

Jobot is seeking a controls specialist to perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of BAS/BMS controls for projects in the Western United States. Qualifications

• 2+ years of BAS/BMS or commercial HVAC controls experience.
• Familiarity with one or more BAS systems: Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, Daikin.
• Nice to have: Niagara certification, GUI experience with LonWorks, BACnet, and Modbus, DDC Controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of BAS/BMS controls.
• Conduct start-up, checks, testing, system diagnostics, and commissioning from system-level controllers to end devices for small to mid-size projects.
• Travel ~80% in the field; company vehicle provided.
