Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Controls Specialist in Florida to perform preventative maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of BAS/BMS controls, with roughly 80% field work at client sites and a company vehicle provided.

You will conduct start-up, testing, diagnostics, and commissioning from system-level controllers to end devices for small to medium retrofit projects, ensuring quality and reliability on every install.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in BAS/BMS or commercial HVAC controls.
• Willingness to be in the field locally at client sites ~80% of the time.
• Familiar with one or more major BAS systems (Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, Trane, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Field-based preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of BAS/BMS controls.
• Start-up, testing, diagnostics, and commissioning from controllers to end devices for small to medium retrofit projects.
