Job summary

LeoForce, based in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a BAS Controls System Specialist to join our growing team. You will lead installation, programming, and commissioning of Building Automation Systems in commercial facilities, ensuring peak performance and reliable operation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on BAS/DDC experience, familiarity with major BAS platforms, and strong ability to read schematics and modify control sequences. Travel to on-site projects in the region is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on BAS/DDC experience
• Knowledge of BACnet/Modbus protocols
• Ability to read schematics/diagrams

Responsibilities

• Commission, troubleshoot, and service DDC control systems in commercial buildings.
• Perform system startups and test sequences of operation.
• Modify and maintain as-built drawings using Visio, Word, and Excel.
• Program custom sequences for HVAC, lighting, and energy systems.
• Set up GUIs and network BAS communications.
• Back up databases, diagnose, and recalibrate field devices.
• Collaborate with project teams to keep projects on track.
• Serve as liaison for customers during installations and service visits.
• Maintain daily logs, site reports, timesheets, and expense forms.
• Ensure safety protocols and secure tools/equipment.
