Auto-Chlor System of Oregon, Inc. in Spokane, WA is hiring a New Business Development Representative to drive new accounts and build lasting customer relationships.

You will make 20–30 in-person cold calls daily to restaurants and businesses, grow a strong pipeline, and close opportunities within your territory. The role offers base salary plus uncapped commission, a company car, gas card, cell phone, and tablet, plus a commission guarantee during your first four months.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Mechanical inclination.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A valid driver’s license and a hunter’s mindset.
• Confidence in cold knocking and calling—you’re not afraid to hear no.

Responsabilités

• Make 20-30 in-person cold calls per day to restaurants and local businesses.
• Build a strong pipeline and close new accounts within your protected territory.
• Network, strategize, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Attend weekly team meetings for coaching, support, and recognition.
• Provide on call emergency service for customers in rotation with members of our service team (every 4-5 weeks).
