You’ll earn an annual first-year salary between $80,000 and $100,000 (base + uncapped commission), with top performers exceeding $130,000. Full benefits, 401(k) and profit sharing support long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Make 20 to 30 in-person cold calls every day.
• Build a strong prospect pipeline.
• Lease our dish washing machines, cleaning systems, and service programs.
• Work closely with service teams to launch accounts.
• Take ownership of numbers, territory, and activity plan.
• Represent a family-owned business known for quality service & long-term customer.
