Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of proven business development experience in the restoration industry
• Established book of business and professional network
• Existing relationships with referral partners such as insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, real estate professionals, commercial property owners, facility managers, and other industry partners
• Demonstrated ability to generate restoration leads and develop long-term referral relationships
• Strong communication, networking, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
