ServiceMax Maintenance seeks a motivated New Business Developer to grow our conveyor maintenance services portfolio in the Baltimore area. You will identify, prospect, and close new commercial clients within distribution, logistics, and warehouse sectors, building long-term relationships and ensuring a smooth onboarding.

The role requires proactive outreach, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in B2B, distribution, or logistics.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities.
• Prospect via cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
• Lead site walks, needs assessments, and tailored service proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business.
• Manage onboarding and transition to operations for new clients.
• Maintain clean records of sales activities in CRM.
