Job summary

KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG is seeking an Area Performance Support Specialist II in the US to service OR1 integrated operating room systems and network-based technology.

You will travel up to 80% across the US, Canada, and Mexico, provide advanced troubleshooting, remote and onsite support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure peak system performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in AV, networking, medical tech, or related systems.
• Advanced troubleshooting across AV, IT, software, and hardware environments.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and support for OR1 and network-based systems.
• Serve as SME for complex AV/IT issues.
• Support customers remotely, by phone, and onsite to diagnose and resolve performance concerns.
