Job summary

KARL STORZ North America is seeking a Product Deployment Specialist to deliver integrated operating room solutions across hospital environments. You will install, configure, and support AV, network, software, and imaging components on site.

The role is field-based with up to 80% travel across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, requiring collaboration with Site Leads and deployment teams to ensure high-quality patient care through efficient deployments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in AV systems, cabling, networking, medical devices or field service.
• Experience with cable installation, termination, and network-based systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install and deploy integrated OR systems (AV, network, software).
• Perform cable installation, termination, and mounting.
• Configure software and network-connected devices for projects.
• Collaborate with Site Leads, teams, customers, and hospital staff.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and hospital requirements on site.
• Complete project documentation and time/expense reporting.
