Job summary

KARL STORZ North America is seeking a Product Deployment Specialist to lead installation and integration of advanced operating room systems in healthcare facilities across the U.S. You will deploy AV, network, software, and imaging solutions and support onsite teams.

This field-based role requires up to 80% travel within the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in audio-visual systems or related field.
• Experience with cable installation, termination, and installation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Install and deploy integrated OR systems (AV, network, software) in hospitals.
• Perform equipment installation, cable management, and system setup per standards.
• Configure software applications and network-connected devices for projects.
• Collaborate with Site Leads, teams, customers, and hospital staff to meet timelines.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and hospital requirements while onsite.
• Complete project documentation, time reporting, and expenses accurately.
