Job summary

KARL STORZ North America in Dallas seeks a Product Deployment Specialist to install and support integrated operating room systems, including AV, network, software, and imaging solutions, in hospital environments. This field-based role partners with Site Leads to ensure safe, on-time project delivery and high-quality customer experiences.

This position requires up to 80% travel across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and offers growth through hands-on project delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in AV, cabling, networking, or medical devices.
• Ability to travel up to 80% and work evenings/weekends if required.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and deploy integrated OR systems (AV, network, software).
• Perform equipment installation, cable management, and system setup.
• Configure software and network devices to enable project delivery.
• Collaborate with Site Leads, customers, and hospital staff to ensure safety and quality.
