Progressive is seeking an Auto Damage Claims Adjuster to be the primary contact for customers, directing and deciding the repair process from start to finish. You will manage your own inventory, work with body shops, and negotiate pricing while ensuring fair liability assessment.

The role is field-based with a company car and travel within the assigned area; occasional office reporting may be required. Benefits include a comprehensive package and performance incentives.

Qualifikationen

• High School/GED required.

• Complete vehicle inspections, write estimates, determine total loss evaluations, and set clear expectations and timelines.
• Negotiate repair process with body shops
• Document information related to the claim and make decisions consistent with claims standards and local laws
• Evaluate and handle claim payments and resolution of claims without payments
• Review and determine validity of any supplement requests
