Qualifications

• Four years of relevant work experience with one year appraisal/estimatics or insurance experience.
• Associate's degree and three years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor's degree with one year experience.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle inspections, write estimates, determine total loss evaluations and set timelines.
• Negotiate repair process with body shops.
• Document claim information and apply claims standards and local laws.
• Evaluate claim payments and resolve claims without payments.
• Review supplement requests for validity.
