Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Field Auto Appraiser to lead auto damage estimates and guide customers through repair or total loss processes, using on-site, virtual, and written communications. You will collaborate with body shops and service providers, evaluating damage and writing precise estimates with a focus on customer care.

The role requires 3–5 years in auto collision estimating and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in auto collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient written and verbal communication to interact with customers.
• Strong attention to detail for precise, comprehensive estimates.
• Comfortable using technology and various claims platforms.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and guide customers through repair or total loss processes.
• Conduct on-site or virtual inspections and document findings.
• Collaborate with body shops and service providers.
• Manage multiple assignments with strong time management.
• Maintain accurate, timely records in the claims system.
