Qualifications

• 3–5 years of auto collision estimating experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient written and verbal communication with customers.
• Strong attention to detail for precise estimates.
• Willingness to travel as part of the job.

Responsibilities

• The Customer Service Expert – lead claims guidance with empathy and clarity.
