Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Arcade and ATM Service Specialist to install and service ATMs and arcade equipment across our field area. You will diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance, and swap components to keep machines running smoothly.

The role involves loading firmware, servicing sites during planned visits, and communicating clearly with customers and internal teams. A valid Class E license and self‑driven work style are required.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical troubleshooting capability.
• Comfort reading manuals and wiring diagrams (preferred).
• Independent, self‑motivated work style.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up ATMs and arcade equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software faults.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Swap components: bill validators, card readers, monitors, wiring, buttons, and related parts.
• Load firmware/software updates.
• Restock and service machines during planned site visits.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams; deliver professional service.
