Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacements on ATM and related equipment at customer sites.

The role offers entry-level training and requires basic electrical/mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Will travel within the service area and may include rotating shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 year of related experience; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to learn new technical skills quickly.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must have basic hand tools, including flathead and Phillips screwdrivers.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacement.
• Diagnose equipment issues using provided information and error logs.
• Maintain parts inventory and service records.
• Provide timely updates on service and repair activities.
• Take ownership of service issues through resolution.
