Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a field assessments professional to perform QA/QC inspections of building systems and collect data to ensure life-safety and performance standards across commercial, residential, and industrial properties.

This role requires extensive travel to client project sites and detailed, technical writing for reports. Strong communication, data analysis, and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and strong written communication skills.
• Experience in property condition assessments or related field preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Regional travel to perform on-site assessments.
• Collect and document data using various resources as directed by program needs.
• Identify deficiencies, hazards, or non-compliant issues and recommend remediation actions.
• Prepare proprietary reports summarizing findings with photographs and supporting documentation.
• Communicate site visit results and compliance issues to key stakeholders.
• Follow all company safety standards and travel policies.
• Submit timely and accurate expense reports.
