Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on single cell analysis experience.
• Minimum 2 years internal lab or field scientific customer support.
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows across settings.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and driving history.
• MS or PhD in life sciences required.

Responsibilities

• Install instruments and provide applications training to customers.
• Provide technical support and participate in pre- and post-sales activities.
• Travel up to 60% to support the West region.
• Contribute to VOC, R&D beta testing, and product feedback.
• Maintain safety standards and customer satisfaction.
