Job summary

Roche is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to be the primary liaison during implementation of Roche Tissue instrumentation and to provide tailored on-site training for customers in New England. You will plan, coordinate, and support the life cycle of solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong problem solving, and excellent communication. Travel nationally is expected, with NH residency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology or Clinical Laboratory or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience implementing and evaluating complex laboratory or IT products.
• Experience with Roche Tissue instrumentation and histology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison during implementation and provide on-site customer training.
• Deliver on-site advisory support through Roche Tissue instrumentation deployment.
• Identify opportunities for new system consumables and drive customer value.
• Maintain quality systems and ensure regular attendance as required.
