Job summary

You will provide on-site support, including installation, training, and troubleshooting throughout the product life cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory, or relevant field.
• 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory or IT in a clinical lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site customer support for Roche systems in customer laboratories.
• Perform installation of diagnostic instruments and software and validate performance.
• Deliver on-site training to laboratory personnel on Roche systems and workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex instrument, software, and assay issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Roche teams to implement total solutions including automation and digital tools.
