Job summary

Roche Holding AG in the United States is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to act as the primary scientific and technical resource for Roche systems in the Northeast New York region, with a focus on the Central and Northeast NY area. You will install, train, and troubleshoot diagnostics, partnering with customers to optimize workflows and data interpretation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology/chemistry or related field.
• 3 years of clinical lab or IT experience in a clinical lab.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site scientific and technical resource for Roche systems in Northeast NY.
• Install, validate, and troubleshoot diagnostic instruments and software.
• Provide on-site operator training and interpret data.
• Maintain records in Roche CRM and coordinate with sales for pre- and post-sales support.
