Roche is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to join the Southwest region, primarily supporting the Albuquerque, NM area. You will serve as the primary scientific and technical representative for Roche systems in customer laboratories, providing on-site installation, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support across the product life cycle.

The role requires 50% travel, remote field-based work, and a company car.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory or IT in a clinical lab environment (including internships, college, certification time, etc.)

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customer stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Install and validate complex diagnostic instruments, software, and reagent applications in customer laboratories.
• Deliver on-site training to laboratory personnel on Roche systems and data interpretation.
• Serve as primary on-site resource for resolving complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
