Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site customer support for Roche systems in the Southwest US region, including installation, training, and troubleshooting.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with Roche teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Deliver on-site training to laboratory personnel on Roche systems, workflow, and data interpretation.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and travel, using Roche CRM.
