Job summary

Roche is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to provide on-site scientific and technical support for Roche systems in customer laboratories across the Southwest region. You will lead instrument installation, operator training, and troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with Roche protocols.

In this field-based role, you will travel up to 50% of the time, primarily serving the Albuquerque, NM area. A strong background in clinical chemistry and immunoassay, plus the ability to communicate

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences field or equivalent experience.
3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory or IT in a clinical lab environment.
ASCP/AMT or equivalent certification and clinical lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Install and validate Roche instruments, software and reagent applications in customer laboratories.
Deliver on-site training and provide expert technical support during instrument life cycle.
Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with Roche sales and service teams to support total lab solutions.
Travel 50% within the Southwest region; primary base in Albuquerque, NM or adjacent area.
