Zusammenfassung

Sartorius is seeking a Field Application Specialist to support the Field Organization across Maryland and Virginia, with occasional coverage in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. You will provide application expertise, lead evaluations, trials and training, and help position solutions for customers in bioprocessing settings.

The role requires hands-on technical capability, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% while lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level degree in life sciences or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in bioprocessing, MSAT, or related field with process development exposure.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers.

Aufgaben

• Provide application expertise across the customer lifecycle for Sartorius Separation technologies.
• Support evaluations, trials, validations, and customer training.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and coordinate corrective actions.
• Contribute technical insights for opportunity development and portfolio enhancements.
• Capture feedback and trends to influence product management and strategy.
• Train field personnel and sales teams on assigned technologies; ensure customer start-up readiness.
• Generate monthly territory activity reports.
