Job summary

ACROBiosystems seeks a Field Application Development Specialist to partner with us and support customers across North America. This role serves as a technical liaison between customers and internal scientific, product, and commercial teams during evaluation and implementation of our solutions.

Responsibilities include conducting customer visits, delivering technical presentations and workshops, developing training materials, and collecting feedback to drive product improvements.

Qualifications

• MS in Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or related.
• 2+ years biotech industry experience and research background.
• Experience supporting regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific and technical support to customers across North America.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal R&D, product, and commercial teams.
• Develop technical presentations, training materials, and workshops.
• Plan product demonstrations and collect customer feedback for improvements.
