Job summary

H. T. PROF Group seeks a Field Application Engineer – Servo Systems to act as the technical product expert for servo and motion-control solutions across customers, sales teams, product management, and internal engineering groups.

You will work directly with customers to understand technical requirements, troubleshoot challenges, and propose solutions from early design engagement through implementation, spanning servo systems, power electronics, and application engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 0–3+ years of experience with servo systems.
• Experience with power electronics.
• Strong understanding of servo systems, motion control, and industrial applications.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and application-engineering skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical application support for servo systems.
• Partner with sales teams to support key accounts.
• Engage with OEM/ODM customers early in the design cycle.
• Understand customer needs and translate to practical solutions.
• Coordinate with product management, engineering, and sales.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and materials.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (~20%).
