Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Field Application Engineer for Servo Systems in Raleigh, NC. You will serve as the technical product expert supporting servo and motion-control products across customers, sales teams, product management, and internal engineering organizations.

You will work with customers to understand their requirements, troubleshoot challenges, and drive solutions from early design through implementation, with travel around 20% both domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• 0–3+ years of professional experience with servo systems.
• Experience with power electronics is required.
• Strong understanding of servo systems, motion control, and industrial applications with closed-loop feedback.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical solutions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical application support for servo systems and related products.
• Engage with sales teams to support key accounts and opportunities.
• Explore design-cycle requirements with OEM/ODM customers early in development.
• Recommend servo, motion-control, and power-electronics solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customers to validate applications.
