Qualifications

• Excellent troubleshooting and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical application support for servo systems and related products.
• Engage with sales teams to support key accounts and customer opportunities.
• Work with OEM/ODM customers early in design cycles to identify requirements.
• Translate customer needs into practical servo and motion-control solutions.
• Develop and maintain product documentation and technical materials.
• Coordinate with product management, engineering, and factory teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Travel to customer and company locations as needed, approximately 20%.
