• Ability to troubleshoot technical application and product issues.
• Experience translating customer requirements into engineering solutions.
• Ability to work with sales, engineering, product management, and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert for servo systems, motion control, and power-electronics.
• Understand application requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Support sales teams with key accounts and technical discussions.
• Engage OEM/ODM customers and machine builders early in design.
• Troubleshoot servo and motion-control issues.
• Assist with product selection, testing, installation, and validation.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and training.
• Coordinate issues with engineering, product management, sales, and factory teams.
• Travel to customer and company locations approx. 20%.
• Manage multiple customer projects and technical priorities.
