Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in a technical field role involving robotic systems, welding equipment, or industrial automation.
  • Working knowledge of welding processes (GMAW, GTAW) and robotics programming.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Clear communicator; able to work with technical teams and customers.
  • Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

  • Act as technical contact for system integrators through sales, installation, and commissioning.
  • Provide guidance on product selection, system configuration, and application setup.
  • Review designs for ESAB standards and customer requirements.
  • Support integrators during demonstrations, FATs, and SATs.
  • Deliver technical training to integrator teams on ESAB robotic welding systems.
  • Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting to resolve issues.
