Job summary

Precision, Inc. is seeking a Western Field Applications Engineer to deliver field engineering support for Precision products across the assigned territory.

The role emphasizes technical product performance, applications engineering, and data gathering for quotes and producing Global products. The candidate will travel domestically up to 50%, support Sales Ops by phone, and collaborate with Product Engineering and Territory Sales to ensure superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in the Engineering field from a four-year college or university.
• A two-year technical degree with three to five years of related experience and/or training: or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs within the assigned territory and/or product range.
• Provide technical support services over the phone for the Sales Ops organization.
• Travel up to 50% domestically with some international travel.
• May lead a team of 3-4 individuals on-site for Life Cycle management of PPI products.
• Establish communication with Product Engineering and Territory Sales to ensure high customer service.
• Understand Precision Inc. products and their applications.
• Maintain safety certifications and report labor/time for field services.
