Responsibilities

• Triages and resolves customer support tickets promptly and effectively.
• Assesses issue criticality, business impact, and urgency to prioritize work.
• Performs root-cause analysis for software issues and provides timely resolutions.
• Travels to customer sites to support projects and investigations.
• Supports Linux-based systems and field devices; collects logs for analysis.
• Assists with network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Monitors system health and reports risks to stakeholders.
• Supports deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Participates in after-hours support rotations for service continuity.
• Communicates with customers via tickets, email, and phone to ensure satisfaction.
• Escalates high-risk issues to supervisors and relevant teams.
