Job summary

Weir Minerals is seeking a remote Territory Sales professional with 5+ years in heavy industry sales. You will manage a defined territory in NE, KS, or Western MO, travel ~75% with a company vehicle, and use Salesforce for CRM.

You will develop key accounts, drive quotations and orders, and support distributors to deliver tailored solutions. Ideal candidates will have a engineering/technical background, strong MS Office skills, and experience in account development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong sales experience in heavy industry or related sectors.
• Minimum 5 years of technical and direct sales experience in a territory.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite; AS/400 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans; provide weekly reports and maintain customer visits.
• Manage quotations, tenders, and orders; grow key accounts.
• Oversee distributor activities and direct sales; monitor competitors and address issues.
